Designed as a multi family accommodation, the house ensures the seamless coexistence of 2 distinct families within the space. The ground floor and basement gracefully accommodate one family, while the first floor and bulkhead provide a tranquil retreat for another, with each area meticulously insulated and adorned with double-glazed windows for comfort and energy efficiency.

Embracing the principles of sustainability, we championed locally-sourced materials and collaborated with local crafts persons to elevate the kitchen and bathroom spaces. This collaborative effort not only enriches the local community but also sets a new standard for sustainable living.

Clad in timeless travertine, the facade of D-12 Residence exudes elegance while minimizing maintenance costs, epitomizing the perfect synthesis of aesthetics and practicality.
